Today, I managed to make it out of the house (apart from one hospital appointment), it’s the first time I’ve had time out of the house for three months. The past couple of weeks in particular have been incredibly difficult all ways round, hence why having time out this afternoon was what I truly needed to give myself a boost and to lift my spirits. I had a lovely and productive trip out; a great meeting involving @exeteruncovered , quality time with my Mum and a bit of photography. (As of Sunday 05/11/2023) I asked someone in the cafe if there was a piano and they said no. I can see where the piano would have been in the posted image, but I'm pretty sure there wasn't one there when I went today.
