In the beginning, when I was college, painting pianos was one of my favorite hobbies. As a musician, I was looking for a way to stand out, to differentiate myself. So I commandeered my buddy’s garage and in the summer we would find fee pianos in craigslist and transform them. To this today, this is my favorite photo and piece I’ve ever done. The “plaid piano” was hard to part with when I eventually moved to Los angels. I’ll post some more photos when I can track them down, we have own that was polka dotted.
