All the various addresses seem to be wrong. 6, Piazza della Riforma is one of the UBS branches, and there is no such piano in the Maghetti quarter or in Molino Nuovo, either. The photo looks as if this is the grand piano in the hall of the LAC building, opposite the ticket counter. That piano is anything but public - it is locked and only used for musical events with professional pianists.
