Bad accidents make my commute horrendous, but sometimes you can catch a really great performance at this @singforhope @timeoutnewyork “secret” piano. This piano is located at the 42nd Street & 8th Avenue entrance to @panynj. I’m almost sorry I didn’t catch more of this man’s performance as the bus line started moving just as we were passing him. He started out playing the theme from @gameofthrones which he then mashed up with “He’s A Pirate” from @disneypirates of the Caribbean. Two of my favorite instrumentals. January has turned out to be super busy with non-instagramable gigs, so here’s a throwback! This detail is from the piano I painted for @singforhope two winters ago!
