I’m pleased to say that my Chicago trip ended with an #AirportPianoTour stop! That was the best possible way to spend an hour waiting for my flight..

Totally unplayable :-( Keys do not function independently. Many spilled drinks act like glue. Needs reconditioning and I would suggest moving to a location away from a bar.

Playable, but only in some styles. Someone needs to get out here and clean it during a layover.

Piano is unfortunately and very rough shape. Sustain pedal, actually all petals, is very out of whack and non-functional. The action is very very difficult to play, even for a public piano, tuning is well what you'd expect.

available at c17, not in perfect shape but reasonably in tune and still fun to play

gate C17, next to the restaurant. it's a baby grand in somewhat poor condition. many keys are out of tune, especially at the really high end. a few keys get stuck to each other, and i had one key temporarily get stuck as if it was permanently pressed down. the sustain pedal feels weird but is passable. the seat leans awkwardly forward

Fun to visit while waiting for my flight!

Still available. The bench is wobbly and I'm not sure how much weight it'll support! Some keys need more pressure, but it sounds decent otherwise.

still available as of 08/17/24 at gate c17

Very sweet baby grand but needs a lot of work.
