  Today was a Test.. Final Bike Set-Up.. Countless hours of Gentle Consistent Scientific Training and Conditioning (Thank YOU @drjackbarnathan 👍🏼)...on the Spin Bike and in Strength Training.. I SMASHED 28 Personal Records 😀 (even though Strava did not display them all😠).. Funny thing is.. the time passed anyway...Thank God I chose to do something Productive with it!
