The piano has been removed and masses of benches that are never full have been added, completely destroying the sense of community. As you walk through everyone is just sat staring down at their phones. Hopefully one day a piano returns.

When I enquired where the piano had gone I was told it's no longer available in Grand Central due to anti social behaviour

The piano is still in New Street station. There was an amazing little boy playing on it yesterday. Great to see young musicians
