Woke up at 6am for some pain in the body BUT also some beautiful and strong kicks coming from my baby girl 😍 So what's best then doing some exercise following the course @onestrongmamaprenatal (highly suggested) and a bit of music? I felt incredibly strong today so I decided to run a Facebook live session for the teachers that are following our International Training Course about music for early years inspired by E.E. Gordon. I had some fun singing (by myself 🤣) in front of the screen, explaining some of the most important principles of Music Tree approach. Now out for a walk in the park... It's sunny after a long period of grey days, I'm definitely not going to waste some vitamin D ☀️(and probably going to take a nice muffin at @onerootbakery). And you?
