Oh wow! Look what I’ve found today! 3 December 2017: concert for family in Milan with the wonderful @unamaestradimusica , now my business buddy for Music Learning Tree by @gordonukinstitute (and super sister for a lot of other things!) Three years ago she invited me for a series of concerts and workshops for the families of the wonderful community she has created around her music schools in Italy. Now, we’re running our second International Training Course by Music Tree about Gordon’s Music Learning Theory for teachers from all around the world and we participate in International courses and festivals... and this was the beginning of all ❤️ We are both in love with MLT but over the years we have developed our own research around it. ⭐️What we love the most about this musical approach is the freedom that it gives to teachers and students, the possibility to combine a strong theory with a creative practice = that makes us and our students very happy! Most of us when we are young have the opportunity to play in instrument whether it be guitar, singing or perhaps that recorder from school that was always out of tune! Some of us have happy memories of these experiences but a lot of us have bad memories of being taught an instrument.
