An old brown Steinway, maybe 6'. Somewhat out of tune. In the lobby. Free to play, apparently. There are wipes: clean it when finished. It's not technically a public area so they may boot you if you're not there for a reason. It's in a lobby that's often staffed, so it would not be polite to practice scales there. I've never seen anyone but myself play it..
