"In consideration of this year's NUS Arts Festival theme, Shades of Light(ness), my design for the piano was inspired by jellyfishes that I saw on documentaries. Many jellyfishes live in the deep sea where sunlight is unable to reach, yet they are able to emit their own unique light source. That gave me an idea: Even during difficult times, each of us have the ability to overcome the difficulty using our own abilities.
