With this mermaid I want to empower all women to embrace their strengths and abilities through the acceptance of their bodies. Traditionally, in Caribbean culture, Yemaya represents the goddess of the sea, most of the times pictured as a mermaid. The power of the ocean mixed with the strength of women. In the mermaid& #x27;s dreads you will find different sea creatures interlaced, being protected by her powers
