We are celebrating this #InternationalDayOfPeace with the installation of two colorful pianos on campus as part of the @PianosForPeace Festival. Queens Composer in Residence @MalekJandali '97 founded the non-profit organization to build peace through music and education. Two more pianos are on display uptown at the @BlumenthalArts Performing Arts Center and at @campnorthend. All four pianos are available for anyone to play and enjoy through Oct. 4, at which point they will be donated to Charlotte public schools and nursing homes. @quartsatqueens @YearsOfCulture @Qatar_Museums #PianosForPeace #QatarUSA2021.
