Being able to create public art out in the community is a thrill, and even more incredible when you can’t get enough of the neighborhood you’re working in. Hellooooo, pals! Tomorrow is my final day of teaching Alex Makes Art’s Summer SAVI (Social Art Virtual Immersion) after 8 wonderfully unique weeks of programming. 👩🏽💻 Taking a month off from kiddos to focus on a new public art piece and map out the next few months of programming. So what’s next? Proposal accepted to *zhuzh up* TWO Community Pianos; one in #HarvardSquare (in the alleyway of @harvardcoop) and the other in #InmanSquare on Cambridge Street, right in front of @1369coffeehouse & the @druidpubcambridge. Can’t wait to dive head first into this painting project. It’s certainly a new experience and one I am amped to take on! Come by and say hi if you’re in the area.
